Pricing and Packages

Speedway Legacy Inn hosts many events from corporate retreats, non-profit meetings, fund raisers, birthdays and anniversaries, bridal/baby showers along with networking groups and specialty meetings. We have a grand hall, main hall, lounge and outdoor areas for a variety of set ups and event needs. We supply our own event host for each event that can assist you with your audio visual needs, decor, catering needs and floor plan set up. Our venue will host 75 guests seated inside and you will have access to all meeting rooms, kitchen and first floor restrooms along with onsite parking. Outdoor events can seat 140 under the tent and up to 250 in our grassy areas. Use of the gazebo, courtyard and patio also included. 

NON-PROFIT  EVENTS:


8:00 - 4:00 pm Every Day includes client set up, clean up

  • Half Day - $550   {4 hrs}
  • Full Day - $850    {8 hrs}


4:00 - Midnight  Every Day includes client set up, clean up time

  • Monday - Thursday   $1,100
  • Friday - Sunday   $1,600
  • Saturday    $2,300


Venue will set up all tables, chairs, linens, chair covers according to final floor plan given to our event host. All items must be removed at the end of the event.

PRIVATE  EVENTS:


8:00 - 4:00 pm Every Day includes client set up, clean up

  • Full Day - $700    {8 hrs}


4:00 - Midnight  Every Day includes client set up, clean up time

  • Monday - Thursday   $900
  • Friday - Sunday   $1,100
  • Saturday    $1,800


Venue will set up all tables, chairs, linens, chair covers according to final floor plan given to our event host. All items must be removed at the end of the event.

All our events include tables, chairs, linen in black, ivory or white; chairs and chair covers in black white or ivory. Daytime events are usually inside and include use of main lobby, kitchen, meeting rooms, lounge and restrooms. Select areas outside can also be included in the daytime events if not included with other previously scheduled events. Night time events include daytime areas and equipment along with a 30x60 luxury outdoor tent, gazebo, and patio. All events include onsite parking. There is a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your event date with final payment due two weeks prior to your event date. We have an in-house caterer for all our events with no food minimums. You can bring in your own caterer for $100 additional fee for daytime events, $300 additional fee for evening events. You must have a signed contract with each event.
