Whether you are planning a small social gathering or an intimate wedding, we are happy to help you fulfill your vision. Our venue can host up to 60 guests comfortably utilizing the Grand Hall, Main Hall and Lounge area, along with access to the onsite kitchen and restrooms. Standard rental price for entire Main Floor: $500

Banquet hall only can hold up to 55 with a standard rental price of: $350 

Outside Food & Drinks are allowed.  Catering options available upon request.

Events including alcohol require a temporary permit starting at $50.  Must be filed directly by event organizer, instructions provided.

There are 7 guests rooms available at a discounted rate for any event attendees. 

Whole house rental options available.
